The dietary department is responsible for the preparation of nutritious meals for the residents. A regular menu plus an ovo-lacto vegetarian menu is available at each meal. Special diets are prepared in accordance with the residents' needs.

As far as possible, all residents are expected to take their meals in the dining room. Some residents may receive tray service in their rooms depending on their condition.

Residents take their meals in two separate seatings. Those who are independent take their meals at the first seating. Those who require assistance take their meals at the second seating. The dietary employees have government of Saskatchewan Food Safe Certification.
